The Weekend is coming Ladies get Locks in Shape – Fill your Diet with these Foods for healthy hair

 
Caviar,  sardines, salmon, trout, herrings, mackerel, oysters, poultry, eggs, avocado, pumpkin and the seeds, apricots, carrots, mangoes, walnuts, lean beef, whole grains, sweet potato, rockmelon, nuts, spinach, broccoli, swiss chard, silverbeet. kale, beans, cottage cheese, yoghurt , kiwi fruit, blueberries and strawberries

Add these Supplements to your diet if you are deficient

Silica supplements

Skin and Nail Supplement that contains zinc, iron, vitiman c and st marys thistle if diet is inadequate

Tissue Salt Supplement with Kali sulph, Nat Mur, Silica

Apply these as a final rinse after washing and shampooing

 Blondes

2 drops rosemary oil

1 drop chamomile oil

1 drop lemon oil

Red Heads

1 drop orange oil

2 drops geranium oil

1 drop frankinsense oil

Brunette or Dark

1 drop geranium oil

1 drop lavender oil

2 drops rosemary oil

For Oily Hair

Add a tablespoon of cider vinegar to final rinse after shampooing

After Washing rub through hair then rinse a couple of times

For Harm Free Highlights

Lemon juice on the hair and sit in the sun, wash as usual

Edible Hair Conditioner

Mashed avocado left on the hair for 20 minutes then rinse is full of natural oils

Natural Nourshing Treatment

Rub a beaten egg throug your hair and leave for 5 minutes, rinse out with cold water

Uber Dry Hair Rescue 

Warm cold pressed Olive Oil through the hair wrap in plastic wrap and leave for 30 minutes

Warm extra virgin coconut oil through the hair and as above

For extra damaged hair add geranium and sandalwood 1 part to 3 parts of either of the above

De Frizz for Divas

A little extra virgin coconut oil or cold pressed macadamia nut oil rubbed on your hands then through your hair will help nourish and protect

It may cost in the beginning but these products will last way longer and are much cheaper as most other products are full of cost saving fillers
