A popular appetizer is a ripe rockmelon wedge wrapped in lean, thinly sliced Italian prosciutto di Parma.  The sweet and salty combo is addictively delicious

Rockmelon is also the perfect addition to a savory or dessert gazpacho, aka cold soup, especially in the blazing summer months

A sorbet or granola with rosewater is a gentle soft combo

Or Avocado and Rockmelon yoghurt icecream for a tasty treat
