Do the Stuff you Hate

Okay, so who hasn’t had a job on the the list that you never seem to get too and it just keeps getting put on the next and the next, do yourself a favour and do that job first. Get it off the list and de clutter your head

Dump It

Have a good look at all your shelves and cupboards, ask yourself, do I use it, why am I holding on to it, is it just adding to junk and emotional baggage, do yourself a favour and dump it….. Just like the old bad habits you want too dump, this will help give you the confidence of a new you

Get Stuck into the Office

So who doesn’t hate admin, you never will have time to do the things you want if you don’t get in there streamline your account, set up direct debit automatic payments and get organised so you can do the things you really want to do. Organise your filing cabinets in your filing cabinet, desk, save passwords in a keeper and back it up and take the stress out of life

Stop Eating CRAP

Get back on track and the next time you have an I have no social plans today get cooking, go through your cupboards first and get rid of the outdated bad food, get all the good healthy foods and work out a cook up, freeze in portions for when you just couldn’t be bothered to cook, saving your pocket, your health and your time
