IF YOU HAVE ARE DEFICIENT ADD SUPPLEMENTS LIKE

Silica supplements

Skin and Nail Supplement that contains zinc, iron, vitiman c and st marys thistle if diet is inadequate

Tissue Salt Supplement with Kali sulph, Nat Mur, Silica

HAIR RINSES apply these as a final rinse after washing and shampooing

For Blondes

2 drops rosemary oil

1 drop chamomile oil

1 drop lemon oil

Red Heads

1 drop orange oil

2 drops geranium oil

1 drop geranium oil

1 drop lavender oil

2 drops rosemary oil

For Oily Hair

Add a tablespoon of cider vinegar to final rinse after shampooing

Lemon juice on the hair and sit in the sun, wash as usual

Rub a beaten egg through your locks and leave for 5 minutes, rinse out with cold water

NOURISHING TREATMENT FOR DRY HAIR

Warm cold pressed Olive Oil through the locks wrap in plastic wrap and leave for 30 minutes

Warm extra virgin coconut oil through the hair and as above

For extra damaged locks add geranium and sandalwood 1 part to 3 parts of either of the above

ANTI FRIZZ SERUMS

A little extra virgin coconut oil or cold pressed macadamia nut oil rubbed on your hands then through your hair will help nourish and protect

It may cost in the beginning but these products will last way longer and are much cheaper as most other products are full of cost saving fillers
