Honeydew Melon

A family member of squash and cucumber, the sweet and delicious cantaloupe melon is packed with nutrients and yet very low in calories. High in vitamins A, C and B, folic acid, dietary fibre and potassium, health benefits of the cantaloupe include the heart, immune system, eyesight and healthy skin.
